About Celine and Insta. She follows his friends who were with him to Portugal and they follow her. Except for deo. She also follows deo and Willie on Insta. She doesn't follow any other of this LIC friends, bc I don't think she met them (yet)? I think she only was over in London for the weekend?
I can’t tell who she follows because I can’t follow her. I guess there’s a site that shows who follows who, but I’m too lazy at the moment to look up all the usernames and put them through the system, so I’ll take your word for it that she follows them. I checked the people that I could check who ping to me as big players in Niall’s life and friend narrative. I don’t recognize anyone from the Portugal trip except Gilly, so I don’t know about the others.
I’m just a bit surprised Deo and Willie haven’t followed her. In Deo’s case he’s definitely been seen with her and in Willie’s case he and Niall spend 90% of the time together, so it wouldn’t be a stretch for people to assume they’d hung out by now.
I remember in previous fauxmances, various members of Niall’s family and friends ended up following and interacting with the girls on social media, although the majority of that might have taken place over Twitter. I’m still not sure there’s an account we’re 100% positive is Celine’s on Twitter. All the ones I’ve seen were created quite recently. The earliest was March or May this year. Since Niall isn’t following anyone that looks like her on Twitter and neither are the friends or family I’ve mentioned, I don’t think we know yet.
I’m sure they’ll leverage social media follows and interaction to make the relationship look more natural if we get to that point. It’s better to do it gradually so that they can get a big reaction out of every new one rather than doing it all at once. Also, like you said, she hasn’t been seen with some of these people yet, so it makes more sense that they haven’t followed each other. Then again, I found out Denise follows Briana who I can’t imagine she’s ever met, so...
They did a big article just about Celine with her pics all over the header today in the Daily Mail, so I’m curious as to how this benefits her. Ostensibly she’s going into law, but it seems like she must have some connection to the entertainment industry for them to be featuring her the way they’ve featured the others in the past.
Out of the “normal” girlfriends, Sophia and Eleanor both had designs on a modeling career and Amy Green works behind the scenes in TV. Every other time there was a significant link between a girl and one of the boys, she already had a clear career in the entertainment industry. Since there’s not a clear link right now, I’m just curious to see what the reality is going to end up being for Celine.
