The program my main characters are apart of is part of a government branch known as the Department of Advanced Individuals (DAI). This branch was/is created by and led by a council of five retired heroes. The DAI was a compromise to allow heroes to continue to use their powers for the benefit of others, while remaining under strict the guidance and monitoring of experienced heroes.
These are the five current council members (Left to right, top to bottom), Pedro (Defense Specialist), Verna (Healer), Nemr (Tank), Commander Lopez (Engineer), and Sophie (Attack Specialist). They work together with the government to make sure the rights of heroes are protected.
