AU where X is mentoring a young Ciel, and he leaves her with the Guardians for a day so he can go do whatever it is the leader of Neo Arcadia does. The Guardians try and figure out how to entertain a human kid, but they’re not sure what to do since they’ve never done it before, so they each take turns looking after Ciel. 

Leviathan takes Ciel swimming and is pleased with how proficient she seems (really Ciel’s just desperately trying to swim away from Leviathan’s ice monsters). 

Fefnir gets bored and tries teaching her how to fight (“Here’s a gun! Shoot these targets down before they start shooting you!”). 

Phantom lets her do her own thing but constantly follows her around like a silent bodyguard (he winds up scaring her so badly she starts crying and Phantom’s Devastated he failed his mission).

Harpuia also lets Ciel do her own thing, looking in on her once in a while, which works out for the first hour until he checks in on her and she’s just Gone (he panics and finally finds her in the computer room 5 minutes before X comes back).
