Neo turning 20 is due to the in universe Elysium five year skip ahead (born OoC in 2011, IC in 2006) but even with that being said that’s still 15 real life years we’re talking about. This year and the last was the first time I really committed to annual Elysium Kiddo Birthday drawings for our whole big cast but Neo is the first I actually started that with beginning ten actual years ago on her 10th birthday....... obv my July has been consumed by Artfight but this month IN Ellysium, Neo’s boyfriend ( !!!!!!!!!!!) dream god Icy appeared to Tory…. in a dream…. last week to ask him to help make a birthday present for Neo, a bracelet with a butterfly crystal (Tory does make jewelry it’s not an unfounded request) 🥹 sure butterflies are symbols of peaceful death especially in the Grecian Underworld. And Neo likes bugs. But also Icy (who didn’t mention this to Tory), who of course can shift into any animal both in the dream world and the real world, has been spending lots of time invited to the upper world while a certain someone is working, shifted into the shape of an inconspicuous periwinkle butterfly following by that certain someone’s shoulder….
