hello, i need help. my computer keep installing random ad programs and malware. is there a way i can stop this? all i have is windows defender at the moment...

Go here and get MBAM it’s free and probably the best in terms of anti-virus scan what you have is probably a PUP (as it’ll say in MBAM) or potentially unwanted program, this program probably grabs random adware and installs it on your system, fairly common from crazy russian porn sites and the like. It’s pretty easy to fix, and mostly harmless, however there could be potential for things like keyloggers, cryptolockers, and things like worms for your audio/video feeds to be opened. However it is unlikely, this should mostly clear up your problems, if they persist, and you don’t have the money to upgrade to MBAM premium then just run the scans every other day or so, and think about changing your browser if you use Internet Explorer to something like Chrome or Firefox, and installing addons that help protect your browser like noflash and ublock.I hope this helps.

.dll(s) are normal system files but there are certain files that aren't supposed to be there (such as the H@TKEYSH@@K.DLL) in which case you should take the liberty to scan your system  Use this scanner as it is totally free (unless you want the premium version which has nice features)

And it also happens to be the ones that professional computer security counselors recommend the highest as it is constantly up to date.
