#seriously fuck this country#hate the way capitalism has shrouded everything under the guise of greed and selfish requests under the idea of “company policy”#when those people qho make those decisions have absolutely no idea how everyday work life is for their underlings#nothing like working just barely under 40 hours a week so i dont get full time benefits while corprate makes my job impossible to do with#new policies every week that make my job harder and harder to fulfil#all for a pay that i can hardly survive on#but no one else is actually hiring so i have to stay (trust me...going on month 4 of applying to jobs every damn day and not a single one#has even reached out)#neon!rant#U.S.
