This is my OC  I’m hoping to submit her for a potential cameo in Neon Phase 2!

Name: Count Olipp Vera Occupation: Judge (Jury and Executioner too) Species: Pure Vampire Rabbat Personality: High-and-mighty, thinks herself as perfect, thinks her superiors as perfect, strives for perfection, takes her position incredibly seriously, sometimes pulls rank, very stern, despises her time being wasted, hates any and all forms of crime.

Backstory: Count Olipp Vera is a very prominent and strict judge in Turnstile. One of the fierces, least-lenient and possibly iron-fisted adjudicator you could be sent to, Count Olipp is a force to be reckoned with. She commands a ‘Shadow Jury’ - Puppets she controls from her stand to deliver the verdict she wants, regardless of prosecution or defence. Under Andre’s thumb, however, she goes where she is needed, and always takes her gavel and jury with her, regardless of severity of issue. From what I’d see, she’d be in Dewclaw on some “mission from Andre”, only to find it’s probably something so minor, that it was a waste of time/mandated vacation. .w. ;
