Neon Run

So today, after a full day of work and then baking things for a picnic tomorrow, I had a 5K to run. Well, run might be a strong word. Combination of jogging and walking is the more correct way to describe it. Now I'm home, showered, and so ready for bed it's ridiculous.

Time for a healthy change

Giving up smoking cigarettes over the last few days start insanity workouts next week and I joined teams for all three of the 5k runs coming up in the next two months tired of being so weak hopefully this will help also gave up junk food :)

Depression has affected me for a few years now and I wouldn't gotten wonderful help without all my support from both friends and doctors. It has also affect many loved ones as well as anxiety and I do everything I can to help. Tomorrow I take on the heat for a 5km walk! (I cannot run or jog in 36 degree heat...) to raise awareness and money for beyond blue who help raise awareness for depression & anxiety in Australia! It's thanks to people like that who help people pull through and help them at their darkest times! So time to do some good 👊

My two future sister-in-laws had talked me into doing a themed run with them- and so now we're trying to come up with a team name. We're doing a "Neon fun run" "Neon Ninjas" is already taken, and I can't seem to come up with anything that doesn't make us sound like potheads (like "blazin' ladies"). So does anybody have any ideas?
