“Guess a monster does immoral things without justification. They know it’s bad, but they do it anyway. A man does them and thinks he’s in the right, you know? He has reasons, claims it was good intentions. Or justice.” He’s seen too many cases like that, face darkening for only a moment before he shifts again, a short breath leaving him.

“One tries to downplay their actions, the other takes it full force.”
