My own 2 cents on the neopentane5 situation.
Seeing there is a lot of turmoil going on right now I am throwing in my hat and talk about my thoughts on this.
I wanted this to be more thought out but fuck it, with how things went, I am going to give my piece of mind on it now.
First of all: It was MY FAULT the screenshots got shared. It wasn't @g0giro s intention nor did he want the conversation to be leaked.
He has been telling me a few things about neo and also sent me a bunch if screenshots to back up what exactly she did, a majorite of those can be found here as well:

My own thoughts on Neo are that her interaction with minors are kind of iffy.
She invited a minor to a group I was in, said minor wasn't per-se open about their age, but also stated their age in a bio in another group they were in.
Her general behaviour with said minor also rubbed me the wrong way.
I know from sources that Neo has been told that this person she is interavting with is in fact a minor, yet she still recently interacts with them like in the right screenshot.
As an adult you have responsibilities towards children online. If you notice someone is a minor, and you are prone to post NSFW, block them.
It should be normal common sense to not act inappropriate or suggestive with/at someone when you re in your 20s and they re below the age of 18.
TLDR; not only does neo act inappropriate about certain topics but also acts inappropriate with minors
