What does it take to be able to,customize my pets again??? Ive transferred 200 items from my main to my sides and the closet still eont load in the customization app! I have just over 300 items, do I need to have under 300 items for it to work again???

I’m having an issue where none of the games on the site will load, they’re just a blank screen. The Maps dont work either.

I’m playing in Google Chrome, if that helps.

Weird question, but would anybody who actively plays Neopets be willing to help me out? I wanna get into my old account, but I made it a very long time ago(over a decade even) with an email that's definitely defunct by now. I went through the trouble ticket system to the best of my ability, but ran into a wall after a few exchanges.

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to look up some stuff for me? Somehow I remember my pet's name, so I was hoping somebody would look her up to see who her owner was so I could use that info to keep getting help from TNT.

can anyone help me figure out an old email associated with a frozen neopets account? the support member has the email hostage, will not tell me because it’s almost certainly not my email, so i’m essentially left to guess this random email that’s probably not mine. 

it’s a 20-year-old account. i just want my old pets back. idk if there is a way to see emails associated with accounts, but i’m desperate. please :( :( :(

I made a Neopets account a loooong time ago, and I didn’t use my real birthday because I was young and stupid. I want to sign on to it now but it keeps asking me for my birthday. Is there a way to get around this??
