i have more neopets OC plotlines besides the ones that sloth is in but since i’ve mainly been talking about the sloth plotline i will now summarize a few of the ones that are more well rounded.

oh and none of my neopets plotlines have solid titles so for sake of reference they will all get temporary titles

“Recipe for Disaster”

An aspiring Lupe chef named Quook tries to build his restaurant’s reputation in Neopia Central. When a series of produce orders keep delivering him fruit and veggie Chias along with the regular produce, he must manage their antics around the real food while also keeping any health inspectors from suspecting he’s serving up any of the live produce.

(Also worth mentioning: Quook was formerly a Tyrannian Lupe. He painted himself Skunk and moved to Neopia Central to try and turn over a new leaf, but still sometimes struggles with his… table manners…)

“Frozen Follies”

Mistletoh the Lenny is hired by a reclusive Mutant Bruce named Chuarlse to retrieve his stolen treasures from the Snowager. In the process, a Grarrl named Patrikaaar who also seeks Chuarlse’s fortune tries to thwart the well-meaning Lenny’s attempts to help the old Bruce get back what’s his. (There aren’t as many characters as I’d like there to be right now, so the plot will develop as I get more permie pets on my spooky/icy side account)

(A bit of background: Chuarlse was once a blue Bruce with a good reputation on Terror Mountain for his wealth and philanthropy. When Sloth invaded, though, he was mutated and lifted from his home, and returned to his now cold, barren manor years later.

“E.G.A.D.S.”

As an effort to further unite Grundo-kind on Kreludor and beyond, EGADS was founded to encourage community by hosting festivals and meetings in regions all around Neopia. The Resistance does much work behind the scenes to ensure the safety of these events, while also enlisting certain members to go undercover to make sure there are no spies on the other side present at such gatherings.

(Honestly this is just my excuse to have ALL the Grundos I have across my accounts in the same place from time to time. It is only vaguely tied to my plotlines that involve Sloth, believe it or not. Fraggola is a very proud member of EGADS, as are Pulric and FishApples. Everyone else participates but doesn’t have as huge of a role.)

neopets headcanons (1/???)

instead of going off of the fact there are technically 2 separate neopets canons (as stated by a member of TNT), i consolidate both into one with the headcanon humans visit their pets holographically, but the pets still have a life of their own when their humans are away. this explains why there’s such a prevalence of human culture on a seemingly alien planet.

judging from how... barren the planet looks here (assuming this is outside?), i think prior to outside contact neopia was a lot less modern than the way we know it now

not all pets have humans, and some pets HAD humans but are not in contact with them anymore (rip to neopets on abandoned accounts). also the word “pet” on neopia doesn’t have the same exact connotation that it does on earth, it learns more towards the “companions/friends” connotation rather than the “animal with an owner” connotation it has on earth

additionally, “pet” is a catchall term for every species similar to how “people” refers to all humans

considering dr. sloths misdeeds, the forces that be in neopia have been extremely forgiving with him and i think that’s honestly hilarious. his consolation prize for failing to conquer a planet inhabited by wingaling faeries and little rainbow animals multiple times over the course of like 22 years is a holiday where we all kiss his ass for 24 hours. funniest ending for any villain character ever
