According to PM I.2, this is (right to left) the grain goddesses Neperet and Renenutet, then Hu, and (out of shot to the left, but you can see the hieroglyphic label) Sefa, in the tomb of Ramesses III (KV11). Now, because I don’t have the sense not to question my betters, I don’t think that’s actually the god Hu; I think it’s the word hw “food”, and “Sefa” is actually the word df3.w “provisions”.
