I think Holst is often busy with his duties as Duke of his territory, but he will always find time for Pam to the best of his ability, just as he does Hilda and Fraser. holst prioritizes these 3 a little too much KJENGKJNG

but!! pam is very playful and sweet, dragging her father into tea parties and the like. i think holst teaches her horse back riding too once she gets a bit older, but for her younger years its very sweet things. holst tells claude he has an important meeting and claude is like "its pam's tea parties right" and holst is like it sure is, cant miss that for the world
