Short update for everyone. I am currently suffering a concussion, after I got hit in the head by someone else on accident. So I can't use the phone/laptop without getting sick so I can't check my stories and post them.

I hope to be back in a week or two. It really depends on when I can look at the phone longer than 5 minutes without feeling sick.

So in case anyone is wondering how I feel about Alexia leaving? I cried.

I am gonna miss seeing her with all the other girls at her club. The club she carried for so long. But on the other hand I understand her.

She wants to leave on a high, now that there are many young players who she played with a season and who really stepped up. She's trying to make space for the next generation and also get rid of the pressure that she always faces. And tbh I don't think her plan was ever to retire at Barca and just sit on the bench, taking up space from youngsters who could play there as well and build the future for the club.

This way she is in control of the goodbye. I don't think she'll go to a club that plays the champions league, because I doubt she'll want to play against her club. So in my mind LCL (as much as one can hate it) or other English clubs are the most likely option. It's still in Europe so somewhat closer to family than the US. She has a lot of friends in London spread over the teams, so she isn't super cut off from social life.

I kinda think she'll probably still post about Barca when they win something. And maybe one day she'll return for a staff position. Idk why but in my mind she'd make a great coach for La Masia girls.

Just a quick reminder to never go hiking without a Tick repellent.

I went hiking a few days ago and today I spent the day at a doctors office to get all ticks removed and to get checked if my TBE Vaccine is still up to date. And guess how many tick bites I now have to keep an eye on to make sure I don't get Lyme? 9.

For the record I wore long sleeves stuff, had my hair tied and wasn't even in a field. I was on a proper hiking trail near a town. So what the fuck.

Little update for everyone waiting on a request. I spend a lot of time this weekend writing.

So I've got six of the requests that were still open finished. One was about Sjoeke Nüsken x reader; one about Arsenal and a teen!reader; then I had four requests just focused on different ships without a reader and finished those as well.

I am currently working on a request someone sent about AKB. And I sketched out a story about EVE, since someone asked if I could write something for her.

So since @mshedgehog30 asked in the comments and I had a few asks with similar questions I'll give an update on the current status of the requests for everyone.

Long story short it's going slow. I am now back to being a full time student after I graduated with my Bachelor's and now am working on my master's.

For my masters I currently have like 6 classes and for all of them to read a minimum of like 30 pages of like intense theoretical papers per week. Add to that projects, papers and interviews I have to do for those classes. Plus reading I have to do for my master thesis and the research. I'm also now involved with a research group about Digitality and Remembrance Culture where I am working on an independent project. And I got invited to help organize a conference on Gender Identity and queerness in a digital world which also is so much work, cause I am doing like parts of the advertising and writing some of the excerpts and stuff like that.

So yeah my days currently are super full and I don't really have much more than 30/45 minutes of free time per day because I also need to sleep like a few hours a day lol. But I am working on the requests, some are already almost done and just need to be edited, others are at least sketched out. There's progress it's just slow.🙈🫶🏼

Apparently I love making myself cry because I just had a great idea for a one shot and while writing it down and working the structure out I started to realize how sad it is and how much Reader is grieving and then I started to cry... I am supposed to study for my Uni work... I just wanted to write it down.😭

Just fyi for everyone who sent me an ask this week. I'll sort it this weekend and respond to stuff. I have/had a really busy week at Uni, so I barely have time to remember to even post the fics.😅😂
