❝ Freedom isn’t 𝙵𝚁𝙴𝙴 if you spend your whole life alone. ❞ Hands clasped together, hanging in between his knees as he sat on the small wooden window sill near the entrance of his and his brother’s apartment. Wyatt’s eyes were watching robin with a careful, quiet concern. They were warm, but they held a stillness that no one would 𝚄𝙽𝙳𝙴𝚁𝚂𝚃𝙰𝙽𝙳 unless they were inside his head. He knew it wasn’t fair to judge people on their choices, no matter how bad they were. But he couldn’t ever imagine someone wanting to be alone.
The very idea of it, of having no one to watch his back, sent unnerving unbearable shivers down his spine right down to the gnarling joints in his ankles. It radiated out from there and then went 𝚁𝙰𝙲𝙸𝙽𝙶 back to his knuckles, making his hands readjust themselves, come undone and sit on the top of his knees.
He slowly, only just, leaned back with a sigh looking at the door to the basement where all their books and spells and ingredients were. But was this something that needed to be changed? Wyatt could hear the certainty in Robin’s voice but he couldn’t accept it...why? Why would someone choose this?
