Because temperature is just the average speed of a group of particles, and people have temperature, if enough of your particles went in the same direction at once, you would get really cold and go rocketing in that direction. Unfortunately the chances of this happening are astronomically rare, but it would be really funny.
*It has been a week or so since Nerd first saw the Green critter watching her. *
*Since then, she has noticed Green eyes watching her from the forest five times, always in the corner of her vision, never seen long enough for her to reasonably say that she isn't seeing anything*
