Honestly being The Oregon Trail Generation hits me better than any sort of letter or millennial designation does.
As much as I love their spirit that goat move is way too close to “Hook’em Horns” for me to embrace it.
As someone who plays a wizard and often ponders what she will become as an archmage. (Current status: level 13) You get to make two of your 3rd level spells able to be cast at will.
I’m seriously thinking one of them is Sending. And I think that’s what the Martinet just did? And if it is that makes me feel even better about doing it.
As I play an evocation wizard, I keep thinking about Caleb describing the school of evocation as the school of destruction.

One of the perks of playing an evocation wizard is that you can create “pockets of safety” in your area of effect spells, which to my thinking actually makes them more controlled than other schools, and is one of my favorite things. ((Side note: allowed me once to issue the threat: “I can set the world around us on fire and you will be the only one to burn))
The fact that Caleb has a backstory issue with fire is pretty common knowledge. But labeling Evocation as the school of destruction, makes me wonder if he has a past with Evocation wizardry. Either he was one who didn’t study long enough to gain the protections, or he got hurt by evokers.
Or neither because Liam is a sly SOB, but it’s been on my mind.

My phone did this on its own. Seems appropriate
I have never been so happy for a sanctioned holiday where nothing is expected of me. I may just sit and stare at the wall for three days.
