Nerdocalypse 2014 is happening NOW! Come for panels, contests, screenings, Rock Band and DDR on stage, Artemis: Spaceship Bridge Simulator, Doctor Who, Serenity, and an awesome dance! The event is free to RIT students, so come and bring your friends!
Had a good time at Nerdocalypse. I did not have great luck in the King Of Games tournament, but it was still fun. There were some great cosplayers, including Annie and Mikasa from 進撃の巨人, Asuka from NGE, Rouge from Sonic, Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, a couple ponies (I am not a fan of the show and do not know the characters' names, but I appreciate the effort that clearly went into the costumes), and some other anime characters I could not quite place. Definitely worth my time, but I wish some of my friends would have gone as well.
