The rules changed on her yet again, Emma certainly was fairly pissy about the fact. Not only that, but living in a windowless room was enough to drive her absolutely insane. She was a free spirit... and it showed in the decorations in her room. Bright and cheerful, something that had yet to bleed into the general living area of the hotel itself, it was a hint into what Emma’s natural nature was. Not only that, the woman had a way of figuring out particular bits of information without actually making it seem that she was looking for it. Figuring out Alex’s birthday, Emma had made it her personal goal to remember it and throw a party... the damn place needed one anyways to liven them all up (yes that was a pun).
Banners hung from the ceiling, streamers dipping down and a large table entirely covered with table cloths, one separate table with a large bowl of mixed juice and at one end rested a small wrapped present. Though the most noticeable thing was the massive cake with a whole bunch of candles at the top. It was only when Emma thought it to be perfect did she go and hurry up the stairs, smiling as she slipped into the room that the man who turned her was in.
“Hey! Uuuh... so there’s an issue down in the dining room..” she began grimacing a bit and gesturing over her shoulder. “C’mon. Its better if I just show you.”
