Finished my project! Save for the flowers (some of which were my patterns, some of which came from the book Needle Lace Flowers) everything is my pattern :) this was part of my ongoing attempt at working with my adhd when it comes to crafting; hence the range of materials and subject matters while still keeping everything relatively small and manageable.
In between all the project I’m slowly finishing a few meters of netted lace. Now drying out after bleaching cause I’m a fucking idiot and I have not checked my yarn and used light ecru for a few rows. Tomorrow it’s starching and ironing time
All done!!! Needle lace flowers, filet lace lilypads, everything my own design :). I’m still very much getting used to working with the frame for the net, but we’re getting there! I’ve also never made an octagon net so the edges here are VERY very rough. I kinda like it though- feel like it adds to the overall lake vibe sjsjsj

Square number three, not yet glued down and so subject to change!! I’m finding these to be so so so much fun sksjsjs variety of techniques and materials and subject matter is enough to keep me invested in a way I normally struggle with and I like how different everything ends up looking. In other words: having fun 👍
