In this article, contributions of EEG insights on mental wellness are discussed with a perspective of how EEG flex caps and the brain wave
Today, neuroscience has advanced to such an extent that we can discuss the minute mechanisms of a human brain in detail. Such a device is one example-the electroencephalogram (EEG). It is a non-invasive tool that measures the electrical activity in the human brain. What we know today from EEG has become important for enhancing mental well-being-even identifying specific patterns influencing states of stress, anxiety, and sleep disorders. In this article, contributions of EEG insights on mental wellness are discussed with a perspective of how EEG flex caps and the brain wave sensors contribute to that ever-transforming field.
