Neural Therapy
Neural therapy is an injection-based treatment that uses procaine (a local anesthetic similar to novocaine from the dentist) to help regulate nervous system function. It works by temporarily interrupting abnormal nerve signaling, allowing the nervous system an opportunity to “reset”, much like rebooting a computer. When procaine is administered, nerves that are functioning either excessively or insufficiently are able to restore more balanced communication.
Neural therapy can be an effective addition to a comprehensive treatment plan for restoring healthy communication within the body’s nervous system signaling pathways. The procedure is quick, minimally invasive, and can often be incorporated into an existing office visit.
