38 yo male, s/p two previous cranial surgeries. Initial path suggested oligodendroglioma with 1p/19q mutation. Went through Chemo. 2 years after mass is back. Goes through another resection and path suggests Oligo WHo II-III. Continues Chemo and XRT after second resection. Comes back to us years after the second surgery with the following MRI.
