Does it help with the ratings if we also watch Hannibal via channels outside the US? season 2 will start airing here in Asia this week. If it does then we should also add #AXNHannibal in our trend list :P (for asian viewers)
It counts towards the ratings on that particular country, and since we know Hannibal is a coproduction of many different countries, then it certainly helps the cause of getting another season. Not necessarily on NBC, but another season nonetheless.
