Sister Girl

After working for a bit, Nova decided to take the family to the flea market. She decided to try a little more to spend time with her sister Nevaeh. As teens, they didn’t always get along. With their brother Navi, they were triplets, but it was as if they all were strangers now that they’ve gotten older.

Nova moved out of the family house as soon as she could. Nevaeh and Navi decided to stay and handle the upkeep while their parents moved to a more rural area. They’d been seeing each other less and less. Nova’s mind has been on expanding her family and she figured it’d be a good time to improve the relationships among the family she has now.

Nova: Hey girl. Who was that you were talking to?

Nevaeh: Martha. She’s one of the vendors here. She used to give the boys little trinkets when they were younger. I was showing her photos of them all grown up into teenagers now.

Nova: Really? Hmm.. you know, I’ve never been to a flea market with you. Surprised this would even be your thing.

Nevaeh: You know me even less than I thought.

Ouch! That hurt Nova a little.

When Grace moved, she left the bridal store to Nevaeh to do as she wishes. Nev thought it’d make a great salon. Now she can continue her book writing and beautify the town at “Goodness Gracious.”
