Although raised in Rock'n'Roll, the Luzerne based DJ/Producer Kackmusikk, in constant rejection of monotony and habits, turned naturally to the "as most modern as possible" electronic music. It's also in clubs across Switzerland that he will beknown and will sharpened his style.
In 2011, he participated in the Madrid's RedBullMusicAcademy where he collaborated with Xavier Leon and Broke One on a piece out on the "Various Assets" Compilation. This was also the year where he released his first EP "Stella". Along with his sidekick Leisure Options, he formed the duo Hood Regulators, they remixed artists such Schachthofbronx orMonster Zoku Onsomb and released in 2012, "Good Girls Ep" in Korsett Records, a platform for Swiss electronic music artists,co-founded by Kackmusikk in 2005.

Difficult to define precisely Kackmusikk's productions on this Ep, the influence is certainly Juke by its fast hi hats and rattling rimshots, but it is far from Chicago as Kackmusikk knows where he wants to go. It takes us into dancing and trippy regions with some melodious synth and sweet voice cuts. We travel easily from dreams to Hood on "Never", or from club to Africa with "Diop Maéh" and its ethnic samples. And as a journey is always better complemented by a love story, Kackmusikk gives us "My Heart Bleeds", a love song with itshazy atmosphere conducive to intimacies. Affected by the emotion of this EP, Martin Savage, co-founder of the label, offer us a "feet firmly on the dancefloor and head inthe stars" remix of Never with its loops pushed to the extreme ....
