So I figured no matter how long I saved for an early '70s Ford Bronco I could never get close to affording it and decided a Bronco is not reality for me. I've built 4 Jeeps in my past, the 1st a 1953 CJ-3A I bought from the original owner, a '68 CJ-5, a '80 CJ-5 and an '81 CJ-7. So I'm more familiar with Jeeps than Broncos and could afford a new-to-me Jeep. So out I went to find a newer, mostly stock, 4 door Jeep. Ended up getting a 2016 Rubicon Unlimited with 70k miles and stock other than an upgraded stereo that makes it a rolling concert hall with pre and post amps.
