Don’t worry, my mum does EXACTLY the same thing even though she knows my cat isn’t allowed outside she’s like ‘oh lets just leave the door open for the fresh air’ and of course my cat just books it out of there. I feel your pain!!
And of course, she doesn't wanna look for him, she'll just sit at home and "listen for him"
