Always a lesson.
Mistakes happen! Depending on the door design, and how well the milling of the parts goes, I typically build my doors longer and wider than their final dimensions. Easier for me to square up after, rather than during glue up. Having said that, I had my fence about 3/32” too narrow and I noticed before I cut too much. After the second cut I had a curved circular slice taken out the very bottom of this door 🤦‍♂️. Since it’s to be painted, I didn’t need to match the grain. Crept in on that final curve using sandpaper, placed it with epoxy and what I see is are way too many beads...but hey!! It’s in there, and we’ll be the only ones that ever know!!
