We may sell books that do not exist, but we do not appreciate customers who do not exist in the manner you do. A good patron does not walk into the shop and stand about, crowding out the interested and ignoring all the books.

However, if any of you nonexistent ladies has written a book, we would love to hear about it!

A gentle reminder- Please do not bring real books into our brick-and-mortar. We do not object to the existence of such, in fact some of our favorite books are real and have been published outside! However, we cannot promise the book will be the same one you came in with, and we do not have any way of checking to see that you are not trying to liberate a book from our shop without payment or trade.

So, for your sake and ours, please leave your real books at home!

We would like to remind customers not to bring books that exist into the shop! Nothing bad will happen to them, but they might end up teleporting to the wrong spot in your bookshelf at home, and that would be annoying for you.

Neverfound Bookshop takes no responsibility for Real Books metamorphosing into nonexistent books, but we may be interested in buying or trading for said books.

No Roommate to be Found

I am a senior in college and I live in an apartment with 3 other girls. I really like it however, sometimes it is a tad lonely. I have always had pretty good roommate situations. However, I currently feel like my roommates do not care about me and are avoiding me. It could be because of something I have done or said. However, it really makes you ponder a lot. Like, the fact that I could come home and close my door and my roommate would not check on me ever. Or the fact that when I am in the common area the only reason I am talked to is because I am in the way. I have not heard a “How is your day?” or “Do you have any big plans for tonight?” I find it really sad especially since I have had 2 super cool things happen within the last week. With my roommates normally the first people I tell. Of the exciting news I will first elaborate on the first one. I had a old classmate connect with me via Instagram. A tad weird how he contacted, but he asked me on a date. However, it is really exciting to be asked on a formal date these days. Most people start dating by meeting at bars or going home with someone on a drunken night. Never less, I don’t have my hopes up since my last date was canceled 1 hour before I was suppose to meet up with the guy. Because he didn’t feel like he was in the right mindset for dating even though HE asked ME on a date. However, I don’t feel like I want to share that information with people who haven’t talked to me or had a meaningful conversation with. The second really exciting this is I am accepting an internship. Yes, I am a senior that is graduating in May 2017. I have been really stressed about my future career and I have been interviewing. However, I found a internship in a ideal location in the industry I would like to be in that could potentially turn into a full time career.That is saying a lot since the Crop Industry is not in the best position to hire on new graduates. I also think that Land O’ Lakes and Winfield would be a good fit for me.
