Aaaaaoooooow. Exercise hurts.
(My brain on Sunday: I am so fucking exhausted. Thank god I don’t have another session of this until next week.
My brain on Monday, realising that ‘next week’ is today: HEY--)
#krav maga#there are three sessions per week#and I'm signed up to do two of them#either sunday monday or tuesday#doesn't matter which#but I can't do today's THANK GOD#three days in a row would be the WORST#so I have a few days off#after 21st Oct I've got to decide if I'm continuing#or if that's all I'm doing#pros: it's great fun#very violent#I have bruises everywhere#(this is still the pro list)#good exercise#and a useful skillset#plus it's a really friendly class#cons: I don't know if I have enough time in my week to regularly do two sessions#nevermind three#I might manage one tho#the instructor says we need to do at least two if we want to get better#but I seriously can't manage it#out of sheer work commitments#I will be travelling a lot come Nov/Dec#and in the new year#also a con: ugggggggh classes#one is late on Mon#one is late on Tues#and one is smack in the middle of Sunday lunchtime#all of which I donwanna until I'm there
