This simple recipe will help you make the best pizza dough at home. You're never going to order pizza again!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups warm water 110F. 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast. 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons salt. 1 teaspoon sugar.
Instructions: Warm water and yeast should be mixed together in a small bowl. Wait five minutes until it foams up. Put flour, olive oil, salt, and sugar in a large bowl and mix them together. Mix the yeast and water together with the dry ingredients, then stir them together until a dough forms. For 5 to 7 minutes, knead the dough on a floured surface until it is smooth and springy. Fill a bowl with oil with dough. Cover with a damp cloth. Let it rise for one to two hours. If you have one, heat your oven to 475F 245C and put a pizza stone inside. Cut the dough into the sizes you want, then roll them out into pizza crusts. Add the things you like to pizza to the dough. Place the pizza on a baking sheet or pizza stone that is hot. Put it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the toppings are bubbling. Cut it up, serve it, and enjoy!
