This is an easy and tasty vegan pizza dough recipe that you can use when you need to make pizza quickly.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup water. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth. Roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden and firm. Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before adding your favorite vegan pizza toppings. Return the topped pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
