Monty Gator's Meatball Boats

Ingredients:

Meatballs (pre-cooked or homemade)

Submarine or hoagie rolls

Marinara sauce

Mozzarella cheese

Optional toppings: grated Parmesan, chopped fresh basil

Instructions:

Preheat your oven according to the roll package instructions.

Cut a V-shaped groove in the center of each roll, creating a "boat" shape.

Place meatballs in the groove.

Spoon marinara sauce over the meatballs.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and any optional toppings.

Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan.
