#tbt 2009 opening up for Joe Budden at @sobsnyc mami. Fun fact: we had a few opportunities opening for Joe/Slaughterhouse & would get the shet booed out of us. We were just finishing up 2012: The New Beginning & our only stage experience was doing the NY open mic circuit. Ppl didn't understand the cloaks & the vibe would be kinda kreay kreay (even amongst our inner circle) but we never stopped, lost confidence in our craft or felt like we had to back down.
