Kendra swung a leg over Sara’s so that she was straddling the former assassin laid out on her bed. Len barely looked up from where he sat at the table in solitude when he hears her footsteps approaching, noticing the food in her hands when she appeared in the door. 

“I’m fine,” he said before she could even say anything even though it was no where close to the truth. It was his go to response nowadays even thought it was never true and he knew that she knew that it was bullshit since she’d called him out on it multiple times. But it was easier than opening up.

Would not believe that the world would keep turning without Laurel, but it would stop without Sara. “Let me see how bad it is.” Because the fact that her baby sister had gotten hurt saving her made her throat clog up.
