Harvey stares up at Mike with disbelief written on his features. He didn’t believe in soul mates. He got tired of everyone talking about that special someone, so Harvey got the name marked over after years of not finding said person.

"I… You.." Harvey just continues to gape at Mike in shock and a bit of fear. He wasn’t sure if he wanted something like that, or if he could go through with it. Mike deserved better.

Mike pulled the mark-covering wristband back over his mark, then shrugged. "Yeah. Look, I - I'm not asking - I just thought you had the right to know, that's all." He honestly isn't expecting anything, he just felt it needed to be out in the open.

Mike's jaw clenched. "Don't tell me I worry too much. You collapsed at work and then - they wouldn't -" They, the doctors, wouldn't tell Mike anything. "It's been four days."

"Eh? No, I didn't." Akakawa feigns innocence. "That suit looks great on you, really." It really didn't and Akakawa is struggling to keep in his laughter. 

"You should wear it everyday!"
