New Commute shares "Meet Me In My Dreams" from John Moods!
Moods united with TOPS guitarist David Carriere, Fenster/Discovery Zone’s JJ Weihl, and producer-instrumentalists Magnus Bang and Joni Reiter to bring to life a blue-eyed world of sultry pop elegance viewed through a glossy, time-defying docu-drama. Listen HERE // John Moods’ new album So Sweet So Nice is out 8/6 via Arbutus Records.
Hear “Black Lights,” the new single from Sunburned Hand of the Man, courtesy of New Commute!
““Black Lights” is the second track offered from Pick A Day To Die, the new LP from free rock luminaries Sunburned Hand of the Man releasing March 12th with the dignified Three Lobed Recordings. Sunburned Hand rumbles along with more of their infamous self-willing subterranean fully-stoned procession.“ Check it out HERE
Shy Boys share the title track from upcoming LP “Talk Loud” via New Commute!
“...the track is a dialogue with someone who talks just to fill space, uncomfortable with the silence between two people; perhaps only recognizable by those who are culpable of doing it themselves.” Listen HERE Shy Boys’ new record Talk Loud is out 9/25 via Polyvinyl.
Yes, I'm annoyed by the new community guidelines and here's why
So they keep saying that they want to create a safe environment for *everyone* well here's the thing, you're blocking and destroying a whole community of people who don't know where to find people that think alike and share the same sexual interests and fantasies now that you're going to take that away from them. So stop telling me you want to make everyone feel safe and let everyone be who they want to be cos you're taking that away from a whole community. I get it, there are some really messed up and dark parts on Tumblr as well that shouldn't be there, but don't take everything away from a group that has nothing to do with that.
And fix your Android app in the meantime. My internet WoRkS pErFeCtLy
I'm not part of the community I'm talking about, I just feel attacked and wanted to share my point of view
pouring rain. i’m sitting here pondering how to stay dry on my commute. dude asks what i’m thinking, and i tell him that. “I’m just trying to think what to wear-- rain boots? or sacrificial pants I change once I get there?”
He looks at me. “You could wear a car,” he points out.
This seems like cheating.
However if I had a car I could stop by the hardware store and the beer store on my way home, and get stuff for the next time I went back to the farm. BUT then I’d probably have hip problems from sitting and not walking!
If it stops raining I won’t have this problem. :)
