Not long ago I posted a photo showing that the tank plants had really started growing! It took awhile for things to get established as the tank is in a pass through and the only lighting was the central light in the cabinet above.

Well, the tanks holiday gift was a new light, and it has now been installed.

Now the fish folk and their plants can get light from one end of the tank world to the other, it is adjustable and will be on a timer as soon as I can figure that out. The cabinet "spotlight" can still highlight the reverse waterfall (aerator bubbles), and there will still be plenty of shady spots, but now anyone who wants it can be enlightened!

Finally replaced all the bulbs in my ceiling fan so I have good lighting again, took this close up photo of my Golden Dream Barbie as a test photo. Gonna try to style her hair later
