i dont mnow if this has been asked yet but what are the hair loopies on front of talon’s hair? do they serve design function or is it the long hair draping over shoulder or is it just cutes

just a design that evolved! it IS still just his hair curled up into itself though (and it is cutes)
his Sim (he was borned in TS4) had hair similar to this (1) that I'd further stylize as a weird little doughnut at the bottom (2) and it turned into double loops once his hair came down (3) because i wanted to preserve the little doughnut loop
(and then just got more swoopy as his hair grew out more and i got used to drawing him with more complete muscle memory strokes)
as with every heist, there must be a planning session — this one is certainly no exception, especially with such quick turnaround between heists. now that everyone’s made their way back to new orleans after their celebrations in vegas, it’s time to go over their next endeavor. check under the cut for more details !

what: heist #2, baby ! the first target is part of a deal going down in an ultra-exclusive club called the mansion: a flawless 100-carat diamond that fetched $25 million at an auction in 2015. the second target is painted in broader strokes: the team is targeting a chunk of the $30 million ( more or less ) that’s physically spent on betting every year at the track.
when: may 10th, 2020 at 12 pm ( in character ).
where: churchill downs in lousville, kentucky. specifically for the kentucky derby.
why: do we need to explain this again ? it’s for money.
extra notes: a good amount of the crew will be going undercover in order to pull off this heist, so it’s time to start preparing yourself. roles & targets will be assigned once availability is determined.
