Sebastian adjusted the irritating halo device on his head. It was like a headband devices by Hydra. Yes, he worked for them, but only on orders from S.H.I.E.L.D. Right now, the scope of his tranquilizer rifle was aimed at his newest target, courtesy of Hydra. The scope itself was on night vision mode as it had gotten to the evening. Aster, little was known about him but from what the file said, he is a mutant with extraordinary powers over nature. The class level is not known. His control over his powers is not known. Frankly, the lack of information pissed of the horse behind the scope. @emeraldeyesxbutterflies
