Proposal #3

For the physical properties of the series, each image will consist of a different gown in a different location. Each location will vary depending on the type of dress being worn by the mannequin/model. The colouring will be consistent will overlays and screens of pastel colours. 

The concept of this series is to portray the beauty of fashion and how it can rival the beauty of nature. Fashion as a whole is seen by the common person as a frivolity and as vain however it is a way to express oneself artistically whether it be the designer or the consumer. Each dress will be placed within a beautiful landscape scene and rival the beauty of it.

Proposal #2

The composition and physical properties of this series will consist of portraits of various different breeds of dogs. Each piece will be high contrast to show the variation of colour within each dogs fur as well as increased vibrancy. The dogs will be the main focus of the photos and the background will be unimportant.

For the conceptual aspect, the series will portray the variation of dogs and how just like people they have their own unique personality traits that show in their physicality. Emotion is not unique to humans and can be found in the smallest of animals. Some are perpetually happy, some are laid back, and some are even snarky.

Proposal #1

This series will consist of various different shots of windows shot from the outside of the structures. The composition will be landscape and each window will be placed in the middle of the frame. The colouring will consist of high vibrancy and extreme warm or cool tones.  The concept of this series is a little more literal than my others, windows are a view into the lives of others whether it be a bedroom window or a window of a restaurant's dining room. Each image will be shot from the outside of a structure with a window in the middle of the frame with some insight to whats going on inside of it.
