In the Hill of Swords Griffith felt his heart pounding and thought that it must be the fetus and the fetus was closing his eyes as if he was sleeping but after Griffith saved Casca the fetus's eyes were open as if he had woken up i think this is an evidence of his feelings and the cause of his heartbeat wasn't the fetus so

That's an interesting detail. It's not the kind of thing I'd rest a whole argument on, but it could definitely be a minor indication that the fetus didn't have an effect on Griffith's initial feelings but had something to do with him rescuing Casca.
