I want to be close to Dallas even though I don't go to the city much and my job is in the burbs I want to be close to the city. 2. I want a brand new house under $225K. 3. Brand new house with no HOA. Okay, I am not a miracle worker but there are a few things I can provide if you're open to it. Here is a home and community in the $180s-260s price range on brand new homes. 2. This home in the video is $202K with a 2.5% tax rate. 3. There is a HOA because most communities have HOAs with brand new homes. Sorry🤷🏾♀️, I really can't get around that.
