Not a single word fell from his lips, dark eyes instead narrowing as he inspected the hobbit. Already having rudely stopped the poor fellow in his tracks, the Joker slowly circled around him, gaze more cruel -- teasing -- than it was predatory.
“Let me guess.” He slowed to a halt, head turning to a tilt. “Halloween costume gone wrong? Bad shrrrrinking effects?” He very nearly smacked his lips, smirking coldly. Showing too many teeth in that tight grin that followed. It contained no genuine happiness. “Might wanna take it up with the scientists..”
