Ben @bbsmith8355 is on 2 days of demoing! Good bye 50 yrs of old. We are uprooting all of the old landscaping that doesn't produce anymore, so we're uprooting island by island and planting new landscaping. (The fence will get replaced when the ground is ready for the new sod and plants), goodbye old master closet that was impractacle. It's getting replaced with cedarwood with a walnut finish and marble flooring, and then there's the UGLY stairs that's way past due! Somewhere in here, we're finally installing the top on the kitchen island too. 👍💪💰🏠🔨 The landscaping islands will be wild gardens that will be planted in heights and depths. That means tall pear trees, then berry bushes, then herb and tea bushes. Allowing space for wild flowers and pops of color.
