Hey folks! Some of you may be seeing this message when trying to open my newsletter on an Apple product. I've had countless calls and chats with their support and though they assure me they are working on this issue it could be months before it is resolved. In the meanwhile, I was advised to "trash" the email then go to the trash folder to forward it back to the inbox. This works. It sucks, but it works. I've since deleted my Mail app and downloaded gmail, yahoo, and outlook into my Apple products where the email opens just fine.
