Tuesday supreme court directed the order on CBI arresting Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar that CBI can not arrest Rajeev Kumar but Rajeev Kumar should appear Before CBI the central agency at Meghalaya, Shillong.

As soon as the order comes into the public domain Mamata starting that its the victory of democracy and the citizens of India.

The court further said that The chief secretary, the DGP and Rajeev Kumar should have their personal appearance in the for 20th Feb hearing.

The court also said that the West Bengal chief secretary and The DGP to give the reply on the petition filed by CBI by 18th Feb.

Tax announcements: * No tax till Rs 5 lakh income for individuals tax payers. * Standard deduction increased to Rs 50,000 from Rs 40,000 for salaried class

* Moreover, Individuals with gross income up to 6.5 lakh rupees will not need to pay any tax if they make investments in provident funds and prescribed equities

* TDS threshold for home rent increased from Rs 1.8 lakh to 2.4 lakh

* Interest income up to Rs 40,000 in post offices and banks made tax free

* Capital gains tax exemptions under Section 54 to be available to Rs 2 crore. Also, Capital gains exemption to be available on 2 house properties.

* Income tax relief on notional rent from unsold houses extended to 2 years from 1 year

* Furthermore, Income Tax returns to be processed within 24 hours and returns will be paid immediately

* Within nearly two years, almost all assessment and verification of IT returns will be done electronically by an anonymised tax system without any intervention by officials

* Group of Ministers to suggest ways to reduce GST for house buyers

* Direct tax collections increased from Rs 6.38 lakh crore in 2013-14 to almost Rs 12 lakh crore; The tax base is up from Rs 3.79 crore to 6.85 crore

India: The second largest Crude Steel producer, China still on top

India becomes World's Second largest Crude Steel producer in the world. However, China still ranks first in the race. Moreover, Japan lacks behind.

World Steel Association reported through it’s latest reports that India has overtook Japan and has become world’s second largest crude steel producer in the world.

Moreover, the report said that the production of crude steel of India in 2018 was 106.5  MT. Whereas in 2017, it was 101.5 MT.(million tonnes). Therefore India witnessed an increase of 4.9 percent in a year.

On the other hand, Japan decreased it’s production by 0.3 percent from 2017 to 104.3 MT In 2018.

As per the report, China still ranks first in the race. China witnessed an increase of 6.6percent from 870.9 MT in 2017 to 928.3 MT in 2018.  Also, China’s share in Global  crude steel production has rised from 50.3 percent in 2017 to 51.3 percent in 2018.

In addition to this, in 2018,  Production for South America was 44.3 MT. Thus, it witnessed an increase of 1.3% from 2017-2018.

However, Brazil is no less than others. It also jumped its production by 1.1% from 2017-2018 and produced 34.7 Mt in 2018.

India beats Australia by 7 wickets in Melbourne and clinched a 3 match one day International series, 2-1. Dhoni smashed an unbeaten knock of 87 runs. While, Kedar Jadhav scored 61,not out.

This is India’s first ODI bilateral series triumph in Australia. In this chase of 232, India lost Rohit Sharma early for 9 runs. Shikhar Dhawan contributed with 23 runs and Virat Kohli with 46 runs.

For Australia,Jhye Richardson, Marcus Stoinis and Peter Siddle claimed a wicket each but couldn’t defend the small total.

Earlier, Yuzvendra Chahal claimed six wickets, his second five-wicket haul in ODIs, as India bundled out Australia for 230 runs in 48.4 overs in the third and final match of the series.

Peter Handscomb top-scored for Australia with 58 runs off 63 balls. Fast bowlers Mohammed Shami and Bhuvneshwar Kumar chipped in with two wickets each for India.

Recently, India had won their first ever Test series in Australia. In the ODI series, Australia won the first match in Sydney by 34 runs. While India won the second in Adelaide by six wickets.

India had never won a bilateral ODI series on Australian before.

The download sped of Jio was twice the speed of Airtel’s speed of 8.8 mbps.  The data was published by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.

Another rivals like Vodafone and Idea have registered the download speed of 7.2 mbps and 6.8mbps respectively. Adiyta Birla group have topped the chart in terms of 4G upload speed. When the user want to play any video, browse internet, check mails, a good speed is required to share the data as well as send mails. Idea registered average peak upload speed of 6.9 mbps in January. Vodafone has shown the peak upload speed  of 5.5 mbps. The upload speed of jio and Airtel is 4.5 and 3.9 respectively.
