I haven't done as much photography this year. It just wasn't in me for some reason. My camera also had it ups and downs (more downs than up) but so far it's still working. I just can't find the heart of it anymore. I used to love it so and it's just not there right now. Maybe with time, I will get back into it. I pray that 2023 is better to all of us. For now, these are some of my favorites from 2022 (there wasn't many to choose from this time.) 2022 has been interesting for sure. I have made many things this year. I have expanded my artistic abilities far past what I ever imagined. Not that I'm a pro or anything, it's just not where I saw my art going. It's a good thing, surprising for sure. I never imagined I would grow up to paint cows and use power tools!! 😁 It's been a fun adventure, one that I hope to continue. I have learned many things in this adventure, the biggest, don't give up on myself. Well that's actually been shoved in my head my many people close to me😉🥰. I am very appreciative of those people. A couple of them told me, "if you love doing it then it's not a waste of your time". I hope that God will continue to grow my talents. I do enjoy it so. From cows at the Mighty Moo, to ornaments, to faceless portraits and even designing what my son wants his tattoo to look like!! Looney tunes have been a big thing for me this year. It showed me what I am capable of that I never imagined! I have met many new people, who have also encouraged me along the way. I am now(thanks to my son and his Christmas present) starting to play with digital art. It opens many more doors from what I hear. The coolest is being able to design something in Procreate then bring it to life on wood, canvas or even a cutting board. Thank you to all who have encouraged me, gave me ideas, purchased items from me or just said "hey thats cool I like it". It all means more than yall will ever know!! Praying 2023 will bring more art adventures and opportunities!!! Oh yea! How could I forget!! I designed my first origing T-shirt this year!!!
