New York Taper...3 weeks to go!! (15th Oct 16)
Nic and I did our 3 week taper on Saturday, with Maree doing hers on Friday with another Achilles athlete - Katie.
We walked down the waterfront, chatting away and before you knew it, we had walked for 3 hours.
Today (Sunday), I did a an 8.4km run around New Lynn - a wee jog to really start the taper!
New York marathon is 3 weeks away...not long!!
